** Most diagnostic work is straight forward and the problem can be ascertained easily, but in rare cases some diagnosis take longer to find cause and repair. In this case you will be told before we proceed that there will be an extra charge to assess the problem. You will have the choice to OK or REFUSE the deeper diagnosis. Diagnosis charges will be credited to the repair should you agree.
